  • Co-Founder

    Joshua is a seasoned waterpark and hospitality professional with extensive expertise in aquatics operations, startup development, and risk management. He began his career in water safety and lifeguard training, gaining early experience in frontline operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance that laid the foundation for his leadership approach.

    Over the past decade, Martinez has helped launch and manage multiple high-profile waterparks and resorts across the U.S. and internationally, including Great Wolf Lodge, Wilderness at the Smokies, Camelback Lodge & Aquatopia, and Wet ‘n’ Wild Phoenix. His diverse roles have spanned aquatics, loss prevention, housekeeping, food & beverage, and venue management, giving him a broad understanding of both guest experience and operational excellence. As an Authorized Training Center with StarGuard ELITE, he continues to mentor and certify aquatic professionals, ensuring teams operate safely, effectively, and with confidence.

    This unique combination of startup expertise, operational design, and commitment to safety enables Martinez to help amusement and hospitality organizations deliver memorable guest experiences while building high-performing, well-trained teams.


  • Co-Founder

    Lahti is a seasoned aquatics professional and entrepreneur with deep expertise in training, operations, and risk management. He began his career as one of Illinois’ first 15-year-old lifeguards at Six Flags Great America, Hurricane Harbor, gaining early experience in safety, customer service, and team collaboration.

    He later joined Great Wolf Lodge, where he supported his first startup alongside co-founder Josh and expanded his skills across Housekeeping, Human Resources, and Food & Beverage operations. This diverse experience enables him to help aquatics and hospitality teams operate safely, efficiently, and effectively, while fostering high-performing, well-trained staff.
